This magnificently illustrated publication evolved from the ‘Walls 400’ conference held in April 2013 as part of the DiverseCity Programme run by Holywell Trust in Derry. It contains articles on all aspects of the planning, financing, construction, redevelopment and changing role of Derry’s Walls down the centuries from noted academics and historians such as James Stevens Curl, Manus Deery, William P Kelly, Brian Lacey, Paul Logue, Annaleigh Margey and Marie-Claire Peters. The content was edited by Brian G Scott.
